CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a growing company operating in the Aviation Industry, we are seeking to recruit a Personal Assistant to join their team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing Senior Management of the company with secretarial and administrative support, including arranging international travel. You will need to possess approximately 4+ years of previous experience within a similar role, possess outstanding organisational and administration skills and be fluent in both Greek & English (verbal and written). Our client is open to applicants seeking both Part or Full-Time employment.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Provide support to the company’s Senior Management including travelling and other arrangements.
  • Responsible for maintaining day-to-day administrative support for the office.
  • Answering calls and taking messages.
  • Arranging appointments/meetings and maintaining calendars.
  • Performing general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, mailing and filing.
  • Help with the correspondence and the phone calls of the Directors.
  • Be knowledgeable and remind the Directors of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Be able to type, compile and prepare any reports, letters and correspondence on behalf of the Directors.
  • Assist with the organizing of events and other projects.
  • Collect and file any expenses occurred related to the Directors.
  • Organise travel arrangements for the Directors and the CEO including liaising with airlines, hotels, drivers etc…
  • Greet visitors, customers and appointments of the Directors and the CEO.
  • Organize the Directors’ personal commitments as required.
  • Perform any other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Any academic background relating to Business Administration or Secretarial Studies will be considered an advantage.
  • Approximately 4+ years of previous experience providing secretarial support to Senior Management is essential.
  • Previous experience with arranging international travel is a must.
  • Outstanding organisational, administration and time management skills are essential.
  • Fluency in both verbal and written Greek & English is a must.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritise as well as multi-task.
  • Highly ethical, trustworthy, reliable and discreet.
  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office packages.
