Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Performing
a wide range of general administrative duties, ensuring the smooth
operation of the office.
- Welcoming
clients and visitors at the office.
- Handling
of all calls and office correspondence.
- Assist
colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so.
- Any
other administrative duties as assigned by Management.
Key Skills/Experience:
- A
diploma in Secretarial Studies will be considered an advantage, but not
essential.
- Previous
experience within a similar administrative role is highly desirable.
- Excellent
administrative and organisational skills are essential.
- Strong
attention to detail.
- Excellent
interpersonal and communicational skills.
- Excellent
command of the Greek and English languages.
- Sound
knowledge of MS Office.
- Keen to
learn and progress.
