Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Organize
office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures.
- Sort
and distribute communications in a timely manner.
- Create
and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
- Answering
phone calls and redirect them when necessary.
- Make
travel arrangements.
- Resolve
office-related issues and respond to requests.
- Document
expenses and hand in reports.
- Maintain
trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues.
- Perform
receptionist duties.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Proven
work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant.
- Familiarity
with office organization and optimization techniques.
- Excellent
organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent
written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent
MS Office knowledge.
- Integrity
and professionalism.
- Fluency
in Russian & English is essential; knowledge or Greek will be
considered an advantage.
