Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Formulate
the sales strategy of the Company and align it with the Company’s overall
strategy.
- Lead
the salesforce of the Company consisting of Business Development,
Retention, and Conversion staff.
- Develop
and train the team to empower every individual to meet their targets.
- Create,
promote and monitor KPIs on a monthly basis.
- Identify
and implement new systems and procedures to enhance the efficiency of the
sales function.
- Ensure
a proper level of customer service and quality is maintained in the
conduct of employees with Clients.
- Understand
category specific landscapes and trends to ensure the approach is adjusted
when targeting the acquisition of partners versus the acquisition of
retail clients.
- Conduct
performance reviews and appraisals for sales team members.
- Provide
the upper management of the Company with ongoing reports.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Approximately
5+ years of proven sales and business development experience from the
Forex industry is essential.
- Proven
experience leading a sales team in the Forex industry is a must.
- A keen
interest and understanding of the financial markets is key.
- Excellent
verbal and written communication skills in English are essential; any
other language skills will be considered an advantage.
- Strong
team player with exceptional leadership qualities.
- Positive
attitude and motivation to succeed.
- Goal
and target driven with good analytical skills and high levels of
integrity.
