CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a highly respected Law Firm with offices in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit a Marketing Manager to join their growing team. The successful applicant will play a key role for the company through proactive Traditional and Online marketing initiatives, helping to develop and enhance our clients brand in the market. You will ideally hold an academic background relating to Marketing/PR and possess approximately 3+ years of proven marketing experience, ideally within a relevant services industry sector, such as Legal, Corporate Services, Accounting/Audit or similar.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Build, maintain and manage a marketing structure that supports law firm marketing methodologies, strategies & activities.
  • Promotion of company services through different channels, legal directories, landing pages, website management while maintaining consistency in our Branding.
  • Evaluate the financial aspects of marketing campaigns, such as budgets, expenditures, research, and development appropriations, create campaign projections.
  • Build marketing plans and budgets for the smooth operation of marketing projects.
  • Attending meetings, exhibitions and/or conferences for purposes of promoting business activities, represent the firm in a professional manor while developing solid relationships.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts to ensure the brand is optimally aligned with the organization’s financial and branding objectives.
  • Establish a solid network of strategic partnerships.
  • Define key performance indicator including measurement, analytics, and reporting methods to gauge success of marketing initiatives.
  • Provide suggestions and new ideas to Management to promote company services.
  • Collaborating with marketing agencies in negotiating terms and fees, while developing solid relationships.
  • Market research for up-to-date global events, current news & legislations, analyzing new marketing trends and evaluating new promotional ideas.
  • Being involved in the production of materials (such as branded electronic signatures, branded signs in office, labels, interior slogans, business cards, brand colours etc.) and content as well as website maintenance.
  • Oversee teams responsible for brand identity and brand reputation including graphic design, brand content & assets, social media and PR.
  • Expand, develop, and maintain media relationships to create a positive external and internal image associated with brand recognition.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with other departments to capitalize upon new opportunities for growth strong understanding of the latest trends in the market and build awareness campaigns that account for these factors ROI-driven approach to marketing and strong attention to detail.

 Key Skills/Experience:

  • Ideally educated to degree level in Marketing/PR or a related field.
  • Approximately 3+ years of previous experience in Marketing is a must.
  • Experience working with a relevant industry sector such as Law, Corporate Services, Accounting/Audit is highly desirable.
  • Strong experience with both traditional and online marketing practices.
  • Able to review and approve content before publishing.
  • Dynamic personality and quick decision making which drives the team constantly forward.
  • Able to delegate tasks, coordinate projects and deliver on deadlines.
  • Motivated and inspiring.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
