CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a recently established company operating in the Online Gambling industry, we are seeking to recruit a Head of Digital Performance to join their growing team based in Nicosia. The successful applicant will play a key role, helping our client to better target and convert customers by analyzing channel and business data, in order to optimize investments in digital performance channels including, SEO, PPC and Programmatic marketing. You will ideally possess extensive experience in Digital & Performance marketing and have a great understanding of how to effectively create a digital footprint as well as efficient and effective messaging across digital touch points. An outstanding level of spoken and written Greek and English is essential.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Ensure SEO, PPC & Programmatic marketing activity adheres to brand guidelines to deliver brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
  • Build a trusted partnership with the appointed agency and work with them to ensure SEO, PPC & Programmatic strategy aligns with the brand strategy.
  • Drive revenue growth through spotting optimisation opportunities, services or products.
  • Ensure the agreed KPIs are maximised– CPA, CPM, viewability etc...
  • Guide campaign messaging to ensure optimal phasing along the customer journey.
  • Ensure corporate website is ranked and visible on Google. 
  • Build better audience insights and competitive analysis from SEO data.
  • Build bespoke campaigns plans for projects of scale and sporting events of commercial significance and ensure they are executed properly.
  • Ability to understand the big picture as well as nuances of Google AdWords.
  • Lead the direction and execution of PPC to build brand reach and drive organic conversions.
  • Effectively manage SEO, PPC and Performance marketing spend to ensure ROI.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Ideally educated to degree level in Marketing/PR/Communications or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in Digital & Performance marketing is highly desirable.
  • Possess an in-depth understanding of omnichannel marketing and how to effectively create a digital footprint and efficient and effective messaging across digital touch points.
  • Strong understanding of the media landscape, digital marketing practices and media buying processes.
  • Capable of reading a media and performance plans and giving constructive feedback to agency and media partners.
  • Financially astute with a strong analytical ability and commercial acumen to understand market trends and financial statements.
  • Extensive knowledge of digital media channels to build a solid performance strategy.
  • Ability to build a programmatic strategy and content plan for SEO.
  • Confident and dynamic personality that has the ability to manage and influence stakeholders across the business.
  • Display integrity, honesty, responsiveness and openness to be trusted by colleagues and team members.
  • Act as a source of inspiration which ultimately translates to additional work and satisfaction.
  • Take responsibility and accountability for campaigns and projects of scale.
  • Communicate at all levels with confidence and clarity.
  • Fluency in Greek & English is essential.
  • Any prior experience working within the Online Gambling and/or Online Gaming sector will be considered a significant advantage.
