Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Daily
processing of outgoing payments as per the relevant timetables and
deadlines.
- Liaise
internally with other departments for matters relating to payments.
- Prepare
Daily Cash Position Report and other management reports as directed.
- Provide
support to the Treasurer in liaising with banks and financial institutions
in respect to the opening of new accounts and ongoing maintenance of
existing accounts, including AML reviews, payment documentation and
payment issues.
- General
assistance to the Finance Department as per the ongoing requirements.
Key Skills/Experience:
- University
degree in Accounting/Economics/Mathematics or related field.
- Work
experience in a similar role/accounting/financial institution will be
considered an advantage.
- Excellent
English language skills (Written & Spoken).
- Proficient
in Excel.
- Comfortable
with Technology and multiple software/platforms.
- Good
attention to detail.
- A
proactive work approach i.e. problem solving, finding better ways to
complete tasks.
