CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an International FinTech company that has developed a cutting-edge Tax Advice & Consultancy tool, we are seeking to recruit a Client Relationship Manager to join their expanding team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will work closely with the Directors, other key stakeholders and teams within the Business to oversee and manage the commercial development of client and prospective client relationships. You should hold approximately 2+ years of consultancy led commercial experience in either Sales, Business Development and/or Relationship Management and any experience working within the Tax, Accounting, Financial Services and/or Banking field will be considered a significant advantage. Excellent communication skills in English are essential.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Developing an expert product and service understanding of all technology offerings of the company relating to Tax.
  • Increasing value for customers and by reviewing their desired business outcomes, and then building a plan with the appropriately identified objectives, stakeholders, milestones, risks and metrics needed to achieve them.
  • Proactively meet every subscription client (99% of the time over Zoom) for 4 sessions per year to review performance to date, advocate and help them access and implement more value from the products and services offered.
  • Driving high usage of products and services within the existing customer base.
  • Qualifying prospective clients in the existing pipeline or the wider target market with a view to properly attracting and qualifying clients based on genuine product / service suitability fit, not “selling”. Converting the right applicants only into clients.
  • Achieving the above internally through a multi-channel contact strategy working closely with Customer Success, Marketing, Tax Development and Tax Technical.
  • Achieving the above externally driven by a consultative approach based on the customer and prospective client needs, goals and aspirations for their business.
  • Continuously develop the delivery assets, processes, systems and further improve the delivery of our services to existing clients.

 

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Approximately 2+ years of consultancy led Sales, Business Development and/or Client Service experience with Owner Managed Businesses.
  • Experience of working in Tax, Legal, Finance, Banking and/or Accountancy is considered a significant advantage.
  • Ability to work with cloud based software and other IT areas including Excel.
