Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Supporting
clients with any enquiries, through the means of established
communication.
- Respond
promptly to customer inquiries, handling and resolving them accordingly.
- Provide
existing and prospective clients with relevant information regarding the
website and products offered by the Company.
- Obtain
and evaluate all relevant information to handle enquiries correctly.
- Record
details of all enquiries, comments and complaints.
- Directing
requests and unresolved issues to the designated person and/or department.
- Providing
assistance to prospective clients with respect to the Account Opening
process.
- Communicate
and coordinate issues with other departments.
- Communicate
precise and correct information at all times.
- Communicate
and coordinate issues with other departments.
- Execute
any additional duties assigned by the Line Manager.
Key Skills/Experience:
- University
degree or equivalent is preferable.
- Approximately
2+ years’ experience within a phone-based customer support function is
highly desirable.
- Direct
industry knowledge is desirable.
- Experience
using a CRM system.
- Fluency
in German & English, both in writing and verbally.
- Exceptional
communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills.
- Ability
to multitask.
- Effective
communication both orally and written.
- Basic
Computer knowledge.
- Pleasant
personality and good team player.
