International Payments Executive
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding Group of Companies with diverse business interests, we are seeking to recruit an International Payments Executive to join their team based in either Nicosia or Paphos. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for overseeing all outgoing and incoming payments for The Group, including execution, filing and correspondence with related parties as well as the execution of international payments to marketing affiliates and other associates. You will ideally hold an academic background relating to Accounting/Finance/Economics/Statistics or a related field and possess approximately 3+ years of relevant payments experience, ideally within an online industry. Holders of a professional accounting qualification such as the ACCA, ACA or CPA are encouraged to apply, although this is not essential.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- In
charge of outgoing and incoming payments for The Group, including
execution, filing and correspondence with related parties.
- Execution
of international payments to marketing affiliates and other associates.
- Monitoring
the liquidity, keeping records for payments, and preparing reconciliation
analysis.
- Day-to-day
monitoring of payment solutions performance.
- Provide
customer support on topics related to payments.
- Liaising
with all departments within our Group as well as Payment Providers and
Banking Institutions in order to be able to offer the best possible
solutions to our customers.
- Assist
with new Payment Providers and Electronic Money Institutions evaluation
and onboarding process.
- Responsible
for preparing and updating due diligence documents.
- Optimising
payment services on all aspects including frontend and backend
environment.
- Reporting
directly to Senior Management.
Key Skills/Experience:
- BSc/MSc
in Accounting / Finance / Economics / Mathematics / Statistics or any
other relevant field.
- Holder
of a Professional Qualification: ACA / ACCA / CFA will be considered as an
advantage.
- Approximately
3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a company operating online,
will be considered as an advantage.
- Excellent
Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
- High
level of communication skills.
- Able to
prioritise tasks, manage project time and meet deadlines.
- Proactive,
well-organised and attentive to detail.
- Excellent
knowledge of the English language (both verbal & in writing) - any
other language will be considered as an advantage.
- Highly
motivated individual who can work in a fast paced dynamic environment,
with an ability to take initiative, solve problems and deliver results.
- Curious
and innovative mindset easily adaptable to new challenges.
- Ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
