CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established and respected company providing critical services to some of Cyprus’ largest and most well-known Insurance companies, we are seeking to recruit a Dispatch Coordinator to join their expanding team of professionals based in Nicosia. The successful applicant will work closely with the Operations Manager assisting with the coordination and organisation of all key services and operations for the company. You will be a strong multitasker with outstanding communication, client service and organisational skills. Fluency in English & Greek (Written & Spoken) is essential. Rotational Shift Patterns apply for this position.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for controlling and ensuring all services are conducted according to the Company’s Policies and Operating Procedures.
  • Coordinate all services and operational decisions.
  • Organize all services in an effective and efficient manner to ensure day-to-day regular, irregular (and emergency) operations achieve quality customer service standards and required profitability.
  • Establish priorities and direct work effort to meet the changing business needs on the day.
  • Provide feedback to the Operations Manager, on all operating matters.
  • Coordinate diverse information from a variety of sources to ensure that consistent outcomes are achieved and aligned with the Company’s objectives.
  • Handling competing priorities in a manner that does not compromise the overall operational management of the Company.


Key Skills/Experience:

  • Well-developed analytical, numerical, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to manage multiple information sources and quickly process multi-level problems simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication, client service and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in Greek and English is a must.
  • Good understanding of computers and relevant software (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work on rotational shift patterns as required by the company. 
  • Ability to work well as part of a team as well as independently. 
  • Perform well under pressure with the ability to multitask.
