Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Setting up, maintaining, and optimizing advertising campaigns according to the KPIs.
• Analyzing and optimizing online campaigns, increasing traffic, CTR and conversion.
• Conducting A/B tests and reporting on results.
• Interaction with the team of marketing, support, content & compliance to transparent information sharing.
• Searching, testing and implementing new creatives, ad types, channels and traffic sources.
• Researching on competitors' marketing activity for similar advertising formats using “spy-tools”.
• Weekly and monthly performance reporting.
• Working closely with social media sites to increase user engagement.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Ideally hold an academic background relating to Marketing/PR
• 2+ years of experience in media buying and offline marketing.
• Familiar with online ads purchasing methods such as CPM, CPC, Flat and CPV.
• Experience analyzing marketing campaigns.
• Experience using tracking tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Voluum as well as the ability to understand the concept of pixel and postback tracking.
• Actively optimize promos, based on trends, market demand and psychology of user behaviour.
• Previous marketing experience within the Online Gambling, Gaming and/or Forex industries will be considered a very significant advantage.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Greek.
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop.
• Analytical skill, working with Excel files – ability to export raw data and efficiently convert into readable data.
• Ability to think outside the box.
