CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a luxury hotel based in Paphos, we are seeking to recruit an E-Commerce Manager to join their expanding team. The successful applicant will work alongside the General Manager to improve and maximise the Hotels’ online presence through Online Marketing initiatives to maximise sales and revenue. The successful applicant will ideally hold a relevant academic background in Marketing/PR and possess strong previous experience in a similar position, focused on Digital Marketing. Excellent communication skills in English are essential.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Optimize sales and customer interaction via the hotel’s website and/or social media.
  • Manage and optimize Ecommerce Annual budget.
  • Vendor Management for all third-party partners; website updates, SEO/SEM/ Metasearch management and GDS advertising.
  • Oversee the accuracy of the web content. Loading, managing and marketing the hotel product on the official hotel website & on social media.
  • Identify, plan and action new sales opportunities, in cooperation with the General Manager.
  • Creation of promotional material so as to attract potential guests via YouTube, blogs, social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin).
  • Email Marketing & Campaigns.
  • Monitoring Google rankings and positioning for all top keywords.
  • Perform regular audits of the hotel’s webpage to ensure all links are working properly and the hotel special offers are current and available.
  • Preparation of Management Reports on a regular basis (Incl. Google Analytics).

 

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Educated to degree level in Marketing/PR or a related field.
  • Extensive, previous experience in a similar, Digital Marketing and/or E-Commerce role is essential.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of various aspects of digital marketing including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, marketing automation and digital marketing analytics tools including Google Analytics.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Any prior experience within the Hotel and/or Hospitality industry is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English are essential. Knowledge of Greek is highly advantageous.
