Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Manage and advise on day-to-day requests from clients and provision of corporate services to clients.
• Provision of legal opinions on corporate/trust matters and corporate transactions.
• Drafting and amending M&A’s.
• Drafting legal documents, board minutes / board governance issues.   
• Assistance with set up of corporate structures and licensing issues. 
• Legal due diligence.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Law Degree preferably from a UK University.
• Master’s Degree shall be considered an advantage.
• Member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
• 1+ years of experience in Corporate Law, Financing Transactions and/or M&A work.
• Fluency in Greek and English (Written & Spoken) is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and excellent computer literacy.
