Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Daily
communication and collaboration with other Departments in order to
accomplish tasks and common goals.
- Monitoring
transactions of clients and Affiliates to ensure smooth operation.
- Cooperation
with internal and external resources to timely resolve transactional
issues, manage relationships.
- Monitoring
and handling cases related to violation of Terms and Conditions.
- Ensuring
trading activity complies with internal and external policies and limits.
- Preparation
and analysis of various reports and other ad hoc projects.
- Data
capturing, storing and management.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Degree
in Finance/Economics or other related fields (will be considered as an
advantage but is not a must).
- Good
analytical skills.
- Fluent
in English language (Verbal & Written).
- Good
knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Willingness
to work shift patterns (Including night shifts) and weekends.
- Good
communication skills.
