CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an International provider of Corporate & Fiduciary Services with offices in the heart of Larnaca, we are seeking to recruit a Corporate Administration Assistant to join their expanding team. The successful applicant will hold previous administration experience within a Corporate and/or Legal Services provider and speak an excellent level of fluent English. Knowledge of Greek will be considered advantageous.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Assisting with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents such as Board and Shareholder Resolutions, Annual General Minutes, Loan Agreements, Share Sale and Purchase Agreements, Power of Attorney documents, Subscription Agreements, etc…
  • Assisting with the drafting of documents and monitoring of the procedure for corporate changes i.e., change of directors, secretary, shareholders, registered office, and registration and deregistration of pledges etc…
  • Issuing invoices and follow up with the clients for their settlement.
  • Updating of files and indexes for documents sent and received as required.
  • Liaising with clients/associates either by telephone, e-mails or face to face meetings.
  • Liaising with governmental authorities where necessary.
  • Any other relevant administration duties as required within a busy corporate environment.

 

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Preferably a holder of a degree in Economics/Finance/ Accounting/Law, or any related degree in the field of Business/Accounting/Law.
  • Previous work experience within a Corporate and/or Legal Services provider is essential as well as a good understanding of Corporate Administration.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English are essential; knowledge of Greek will be considered an advantage.  
  • Excellent attention to detail and the willingness to learn and develop.
  • Pleasant personality, able to work in a team environment and be able to build strong relationships with her/his colleagues.
  • Computer literate.
  • Able to multitask and willing to adapt to new methods applied by the Management.
