Support Officer (Shift-Patterns & Language Skills)

CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding CySEC Licensed Investment Firm with offices in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit multiple positions for Support Officers to join their expanding team of professionals. The successful applicants will possess excellent communication skills in English and/or Malay/Thai and will ideally have previous professional experience in a similar field. Rotational shift-patterns apply for this position.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Deals directly with clients’ queries over chat system, email depending on how the query was initiated and is responsible to reply to the client within 24 hours, as per company policy.
  • Resolves misunderstandings and handles “difficult” client in a polite and professional manner.
  • Directs unresolved issues to designated people and/or departments; communicates and coordinates with them and responds to clients requests accordingly.
  • Promotes the products and services offered by the company to the clients by means of chat system and e-mail.
  • Provides feedback on the development of the products and services offered by the company according to the interaction with clients.
  • Keeps up to date with promotions and products offered by the company.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all instances.
  • Complete service-related tasks as requested by the manager.
  • Reviews clients’ documents in the KYC system and replies to client emails related to account verification.
  • Requests relevant documents from clients in case they are not provided.
  • Follows and keeps up to date with new internal procedures.
  • Always act at the best interest of the company and cooperate within the team and with other departments to provide a high standard of customer service.

 

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Previous experience in customer care or any other relevant field.
  • Fluency in English (Written & Spoken) and/or Malay/Thai (Written & Spoken) is essential.
  • Strong customer care skills.
  • Excellent client handling skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Business acumen.
  • Teamwork and problem-solving skills.
  • Hard working and able to cope under pressure.
  • Excellent computer literacy.
