Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Preparation of Content Materials from English to Japanese that include:

• Website: New website content and daily website content updates (campaigns, new features etc).
• Newsletter/emails: promotional and/or content that needs to be sent out to clients and partners.
• Social media: Promotional campaigns that need to be created for the JP market. Most of the social media content will come as a calendar from HQ – but it would need to be localized.
• Blogs & Articles: Blogs primarily for our SEO function and article writing to be distributed and published to various media.

• Keep accurate records and document marketing related service actions and discussions.
• Control resources and utilise assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative target.
• Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.
• Conduct required processing in compliance with the regulations and internal rules.
• Learn about your organisation's products or services and keep up to date with change.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Previous experience in a similar position will be considered as an advantage.
• High fluency in Japanese and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer support will be considered as an advantage.
• Excellent organisational skills.
