Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Preparation
of Content Materials from English to Japanese that include:
- Website:
New website content and daily website content updates (campaigns, new
features etc).
- Newsletter/emails:
promotional and/or content that needs to be sent out to clients and
partners.
- Social
media: Promotional campaigns that need to be created for the JP market.
Most of the social media content will come as a calendar from HQ – but it
would need to be localized.
- Blogs
& Articles: Blogs primarily for our SEO function and article writing
to be distributed and published to various media.
- Keep
accurate records and document marketing related service actions and
discussions.
- Control
resources and utilise assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative
target.
- Maintain
an orderly workflow according to priorities.
- Conduct
required processing in compliance with the regulations and internal rules.
- Learn
about your organisation's products or services and keep up to date with
change.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Previous
experience in a similar position will be considered as an advantage.
- High
fluency in Japanese and English with excellent written and verbal communication
skills.
- Previous
experience in customer support will be considered as an advantage.
- Excellent
organisational skills.
