Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage the performance and execution of the sales team
members.
- Lead all aspects of deal execution, including
prioritization of deals, quotes structuring, and negotiation.
- Pursue both individual and team sales goals and hit
targets on a quarterly basis.
- Develop a strategic plan to enrich the client base.
- Develop sales processes from cold and warm leads.
- Formalise value propositions based on an analysis of
customer needs.
- Manage partners and agents networks.
- Manage the sales process including negotiations and
closure of new business and partners contracts.
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate client needs
on an ongoing basis.
- Assess the opportunities to develop a long term,
sustainable business relationship and recommend the appropriate contact
strategies.
- Identifying and closing new business opportunities.
- Meet assigned targets and strategic objectives as set
by Management.
Key
Skills/Experience:
- At least 3 years of sales experience of software
solutions.
- Previous Sales Team Management experience is a must.
- Sales experience with B2G products will be considered
as a plus.
- Work experience of selling through partners and agents.
- Has proven track of managing big sales accounts/deals.
- Experience in the cyber-intelligence domain is
considered a plus.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Team player, can-do attitude, broad minded.
- Fluent in the English language (written and spoken).
- A highly motivated and energetic individual with
result oriented aptitude.
