CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding company operating in the Online Gaming sector, we are seeking to recruit a Customer Support Representative (Japanese-Speaking) to join their team based in Limassol. Any previous experience within a similar position is highly desirable, although full training will be provided. Fluency in Japanese and English is essential.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Dealing directly with clients’ queries over chat system, e-mail and phone.
  • Answering client’s requests.
  • Promoting products and services to clients.
  • Optimize customers’ satisfaction.
  • Interacting with other departments as necessary to meet client’s needs.
  • Maintaining professionalism at all instances.

 

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Native Japanese language proficiency.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Able to work 24/7 shifts on rotation.
  • Experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Attention to details and quality of work.
  • European citizenship.
