Key
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Preparation and recording accounting
entries (Bookkeeping & Accounting).
- Preparation and submission of VAT and
VIES declarations.
- Preparation of monthly payroll on behalf
of clients.
- Arranging payments for social insurance,
PAYE, VAT, etc.
- Performing and/or reviewing
bank/debtors/creditors reconciliations.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual
financial statements.
- Liaising with the corporate
administrators, clients, and tax authorities.
Key Skills/Experience:
- A diploma or degree in Accounting.
- 2+ years of accounting and bookkeeping
experience; ideally within an Accounting and/or Audit Firm.
- Proficient knowledge of the English and
Greek languages.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting
principles and procedures, laws and regulations.
- Knowledge of Intelisoft accounting
software will be considered an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Excel & formulas.
- Good communication skills.
- Characteristics of integrity
discreteness, trustworthiness and reliability.
- Proactive, professional, client service
orientated, with good organizational skills.
