Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Working closely and regularly with existing customers and prospects understanding their business needs.
• Liaise with the product development/delivery team on the other end, towards providing technical advice and innovative technical solutions to address those needs.
• Be involved in the full lifecycle of software-related projects.
• Sharing ideas, exploring market trends and competitive solutions in the market.
• Contributing to marketing activities/presentations.
• Any other relevant duties as assigned by Management.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Ideally educated to degree level in a technical domain (IT/Computer science related will be an advantage)
• 1+ years of professional experience in a Pre-Sales, Consulting and/or Solutions Implementation role.
• Knowledge of Point of Sale systems, ERP systems or Mobile App deployment will be considered a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at any given time as well as organise and prioritise your work in order to meet expectations or deadlines.
• Experience or any certification in Project Management will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English are essential.
