Key
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Working closely and regularly with existing customers
and prospects understanding their business needs.
- Liaise with the product development/delivery team on
the other end, towards providing technical advice and innovative technical
solutions to address those needs.
- Be involved in the full lifecycle of software-related
projects.
- Sharing ideas, exploring market trends and competitive
solutions in the market.
- Contributing to marketing activities/presentations.
- Any other relevant duties as assigned by Management.
Key
Skills/Experience:
- Ideally educated to degree level in a technical domain
(IT/Computer science related will be an advantage)
- 1+ years of professional experience in a Pre-Sales,
Consulting and/or Solutions Implementation role.
- Knowledge of Point of Sale systems, ERP systems or
Mobile App deployment will be considered a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at any given time as
well as organise and prioritise your work in order to meet expectations or
deadlines.
- Experience or any certification in Project Management
will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English are
essential.
