Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Acts as
a conduit between clients and the market.
- Assists
clients with queries regarding trading and the instruments available for
use by the client.
- Be
aware of and be able to demonstrate ongoing in-depth knowledge of the
financial markets, both technically and fundamentally.
- Offers
assistance and training to the new clients on the Company’s platforms and
trading tools available to them.
- Builds
and maintains client relationships by understanding each client’s needs
and trading profile and providing suitable support and guidance where
required.
- Liaises
with other departments, when required, to escalate and resolve issues
and/or report faults.
- Contacts
clients to provide general market updates.
- Utilises
retention strategies to maximize client satisfaction and achieve monthly
targets.
- Carries
out any further duties assigned by their Line Manager.
- Contributes
to a positive and dynamic working environment.
Key Skills/Experience:
- University/College
Degree.
- Previous
experience in a Sales/Business Development and/or Account Management
position within the Forex sector will be considered a significant
advantage.
- Outstanding
client services skills are a must.
- An
interest and passion for Financial Markets is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent
communication skills in English are essential.
- Strong
IT Skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management
skills.
