Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Updating
accounting and bookkeeping records for the company on a daily basis.
- Processing
and submission of Annual returns, including liaising with external
Auditors.
- Calculation
of VAT, SDC, Income Tax etc…as and when required.
- Filing
tax returns and liaising with tax authorities (VIES etc).
- Calculation
of employees Payroll including Social Insurance, G.H.S., Cohesion Fund,
Industrial Training & Redundance Fund.
- Filing
annual (IR59) forms.
- Preparation
of Management Accounts as and when required.
- Any
other relevant finance-related duties as required by Management.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Educated
to Degree Level in Accounting/Finance or related field.
- A
member of a recognised accounting body (ACCA/ACA/CPA etc..).
- 5+
years of relevant accounting experience is essential.
- Advanced
Excel skills are a must.
- Excellent
communication skills in English are essential; any additional language
skills will be considered advantageous.
- Organisational
skills and ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and set
priorities.
- Analytical
thinking and attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, high business
ethics and confidentiality.
