CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established and highly respected provider of Financial Technology solutions to clients across the world, we are seeking to recruit a Marketing Manager to join their expanding team based in Limassol. The successful applicant must have previous demonstable experienceas a Marketing Manager, ideally from the Information Technology, Financial Technology and/or Financial Services sectors. Excellent communication skills in English are a must.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

 

  • Marketing Manager responsibilities include developing plans to help establish our brand.
  • Craft strategies, including Digital, Advertising, Communications.
  • Ensure brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (Campaigns, Websites).
  • Managing the design and production of promotional materials, such as websites and our client knowledgebase.
  • Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
  • Copywriting and content management
  • Create and maintain internal and client facing documentation, such as online videos, demos, guided tours and client newsletters.
  • Review and edit software documentation for accuracy and consistency in tone.
  • Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to content.
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.

 

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • University Degree in Marketing/PR or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a Senior Marketing position ideally within the FinTech, Information Technology and/or Financial Services sectors.
  • Previous experience in online marketing activities, tools, technologies etc. (SEO, ASO, PPC, Affiliate marketing, Social Media management, Media Buying) as well as traditional marketing channels.
  • Experience with online reporting and tracking tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
  • Strong drive for performance and excellence.
  • Strong analytical skills coupled with attention to detail.
  • Very good organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize.
  • A target-oriented mindset with the ability to find solutions to ultimately deliver results.
  • Ability and desire to work with other team members but also ability to work autonomously with no guidance.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Tech-savvy with strong interest for new technologies.
  • Computer literate with excellent knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast changing market and a rapidly growing company.
