Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible
to overseeing and governing the global Sales and Relationship Management
Team.
- Clearly
define policies, procedures, KPIs and workflows for sales and marketing
efforts.
- Take
responsibility for corporate website, news releases, media press releases,
and all relevant client communications.
- Handle
all commercial activities overlapping legal, contractual, and compliance
and regulatory activities.
- Driving
and planning the global sales and marketing strategy and roadmap, planning
campaigns and business partnerships.
- Accompanying
the Sales Team members on major client pitches to ensure the correct
message, commitment and delivery is made.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Ideally
educated to Degree level in Business, Marketing/PR or a related field.
- Extensive,
previous sales experience ideally from the FinTech ‘Space’ is essential.
- Previous
managerial and team leadership experience is a must.
- A
proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong
analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics
to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
- Strength
in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven
work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Strong
leadership and team building skills.
- Outstanding
communication skills in English are essential; any other languages will be
considered an advantage.
