Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Manages daily company operations.
• Develops and implements commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives, aimed at accelerating growth.
• Conducts market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities.
• Meets sales and margin expectations in assigned territories, for both organic growth and new product launches.
• Analyses sales and other reports, to provide actionable insights into how the company can adjust or improve performance.
• Assesses risk and makes recommendations based on a thorough analysis of all factors involved in a particular event or situation.
• Communicates with and forms strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborates and coordinates with diverse teams (marketing, sales, production, logistics, customer service etc.).
• Monitors performance and prepares reports of commercial activities using key metrics.
• Assists in setting financial targets, as well as budget development and monitoring.
• Supports direct countries and communicates with distributors on a regular basis. 
• Represents the company at international and national events and conferences.
• Works efficiently, diligently and calmly at all times, rolling up sleeves to help others and taking on tasks outside of remit if required.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• BA/BS Degree in Business, Marketing, Dietetics or Nutrition.
• 5+ years of demonstrated expertise in an Operations and Commercial capacity, ideally within the Pharmaceutical sector or a related field.  
• Excellent written and oral communications skills in English are must.
• Excellent follow-through skills and ability to overcome obstacles.
• Strong work ethic and drive to deliver results.
• Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently without supervisor as well as the ability share ideas, knowledge and work as part of a team.
• Strong reasoning and analytical abilities, with a demonstrated history of sound judgement.
• Ability to interact well within a diverse population and work effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to perform multi-faceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally for work purposes, up to 30% of the time.
