Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Reports
directly to the management on performance and sales and retention
initiatives.
- Sets
the strategy and direction for the department both short and long term.
- Sets
all team member sales and retention targets and ensure those targets are
met.
- Takes
part in the recruitment for all sales and retention staff.
- Carries
out training and continuous development of the team.
- Works
closely with Heads of Departments and communicates clearly across the
company.
- Implements
performance management and monitors performance levels.
- Identifies
and implements new systems and procedures to enhance the efficiency of the
department.
- Performs
periodical sales and retention meetings with the team to discuss sales and
retention strategies.
- Motivates
and drives the sales and retention team.
- Creates
working schedules for the department to cover the needs of the business.
- Communicates
clearly to the sales and retention department changes within the
organisation such as new technologies, promotions and client benefits.
- Implements
the sales and retention commission structure ensuring transparency for all
parties.
Key Skills/Experience:
- University/College
Degree in relevant field.
- Fluency
in English: any additional languages will be considered as an advantage.
- Minimum
3+ years of experience in similar role.
- Experience
within the FX Industry.
- Experience
in managing large teams.
- Excellent
communication and organisational skills.
- Excellent
leadership and motivational skills.
