Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Ordering
/keeping/updating and maintaining corporate documents.
- Coordinating
documents flow with other departments of the company.
- Maintaining
documents register.
- liaising
with external Secretaries/Agents/Auditors/Registrar of Companies in regard
to the corporate documents of the group of companies.
- Maintenance
of various registers/a database of documentation; cooperating with other
departments of the company with regard to the corporate documents.
- Coordinating
documents flow with other departments of the company.
- Preparation
of resolutions/minutes/POA/corporate registers and other internal
corporate documentation for group of companies.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Minimum
relevant experience in Corporate administration and a Company’s life
circle.
- Knowledge
of Cyprus Corporate Governance.
- A
legal/law background will be considered an advantage.
- Fluent
in English (written and oral), Russian/Ukrainian is desirable.
- A
proficient user of Microsoft Office.
- Very
strong administrative/organizational and time management skills.
- Attention
to details with regard to papers and processes.
