Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide daily user support on the core banking
software.
- Participate in the implementation of new core
banking modules or upgrades.
- Participate in test scenario development,
functional testing and user acceptance tests.
- Investigate and resolve any issues as encountered
by the users. Raise and monitor those with the vendors if needed.
- Provide core banking software training to new employees.
Key Skills/Experience:
- BSc/MSc in
Computer Science/Engineering, Business Administration or in any related
field.
- Experience in
providing technical support, preferably within the Banking/Financial Services sector.
- Banking software
experience will be considered as a plus.
- Strong knowledge
of financial products e.g. payments, deposits, loans.
- Ability to investigate
and resolve issues.
- Excellent
communication skills.
- Analytical and
problem solving skills.
- Ability to work
with people of varied technical backgrounds and management levels.
- Fluency in Greek
and English.
