Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyse, refine and document business
requirements into system requirements and process flows for the
development team.
- Test and analyse business processes, recommend
and implement any changes as needed.
- Perform business analysis for software
development and IT projects.
- Analyse business application issues to find
solutions, in cooperation with external vendors if needed.
- Organise and participate in functional/UAT
testing to ensure that the delivered solutions are fit for
purpose/specified intended use.
Key Skills/Experience:
- BSc/MSc in
Computer Science/Engineering, Business Administration or in any related
field.
- 5-6 years of
experience in working as a Business Analyst preferably in the
Banking/Financial Services sector.
- Knowledge of T24
core functionality and data structure will be considered as a plus.
- Strong knowledge
of banking products and operations.
- Technical
background and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to work
with people of varied technical backgrounds and management levels.
- Process-oriented
with sound judgment, attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
including the flexibility to perform in an ever-changing work environment.
- Excellent
analytical and problem solving skills.
- Fluency in Greek
and English.
