CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an International Trading Company with regional offices in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit an Administrative Assistant to join their expanding team based in Nicosia. The successful applicant will be fluent in both Greek and English and possess a minimum of 2+ years of administration experience within a busy office environment. Excellent organisational and time management skills are must.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
 
  • Providing Secretarial Support to Senior Management.
  • General office administration tasks.
  • Producing statements, various reports and updating records.
  • Update data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
  • Ongoing update, monitoring, review of the bank files by allocating bank statements and supporting documentation.
  • Updating corporate files.
  • Perform other clerical duties such as scanning, filing, photocopying and faxing.
  • Preparing couriers, envelopes for post and arranging messenger pick up etc...
  • Allocating incoming mail / couriers i.e. coping and forwarding to respective client.
  • Answering telephones, ordering office supplies.
  • Archiving company files.
  • Outdoor duties such as collecting petty cash, seals, going to post office, buying supplies etc as and when needed.
 
Key Skills/Experience:
 
  • Any relevant academic background related to Business Administration or Secretarial Studies will be considered an advantage.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in an Administrative capacity is a must.
  • Previous experience providing secretarial support to Management.
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills are essential.
  • Team player and well organized with attention to detail.
  • Fluency in Greek and English (Written & Spoken)
  • Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, as various duties include updating spreadsheets.
  • Excellent communication and client service skills.
