Wireless Researcher
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a newly established R&D company with offices in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit a Wireless Researcher to join their team. The successful applicant will hold a relevant academic background relating to Computer Science/Engineering and possess hands-on experience with C & C++ Development. A solid understanding of embedded systems is highly advantageous as well as experience with Linux. Excellent communication skills in English are a must.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Research, design, and development for cutting edge wireless solutions and products.
- Contribute meaningfully to technological and architectural decisions.
- Analyze complex scenarios with focus on performance and stability.
- Deliver high quality, testable, maintainable and scalable code following modern, state-of-the-art programming paradigms.
- Implement APIs using different transport layers and protocols.
- Demonstrate new designs by delivering fully functional proof-of-concept implementations.
- Take initiatives and push for innovative concepts, products and tools.
- Work and collaborate in multi-disciplinary Agile teams, adopting Agile spirit, methodology and tools.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other similar degree.
- Hands-on experience in C, C++, Rust or other systems language.
- Good understanding of embedded systems and Linux.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and debugging skills.
- Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure.
- Passion for Software Development and technology in general.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
