CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding provider of Online Payment Solutions to clients across the world, we are seeking to recruit a Collections Officer to join their team in Limassol. The successful applicant must hold previous and demonstrable experience in a similar position relating to Collections and/or Credit Control. Fluency in English is essential.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
 
  • Create and send out invoices for collection.
  • Contact clients with balances and negotiate payment terms and schedules.
  • Take relevant actions to encourage timely debt payments.
  • Use software to keep detailed notes regarding conversations with customers and outcomes.
  • Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status.
 
Key Skills/Experience:
 
  • Higher Education will be considered an advantage, but not essential.
  • Previous experience as a Collection Officer and/or Credit Controller is essential.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English are a must.
  • Skilled in negotiation.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Strong client service skills.
