Sales Executive (Real-Estate)
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established and highly respected Real Estate Investment & Development firm with a presence across Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a dynamic and energetic Sales Executive with a proven track record to join their team. The successful applicant will possess previous and demonstrable experience in Real Estate Sales and be fluent in both Arabic & English. Our clients real estate assets are currently available in both Limassol & Paphos and as a result, applicants from all locations in Cyprus are encouraged to apply.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and assist buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
- Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Display and market property to potential buyers.
- Attend exhibitions, presentations and roadshows.
- Promote the company’s projects to corporate services and other real estate partners.
- Promote sales through proactive business development and marketing initiatives.
- Remain knowledgeable about the real estate market and best practices.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Ideally educated to degree level in Business, Real Estate or related field.
- Solid and demonstrable previous experience in Real Estate Sales is essential.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organisational, communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to react effectively and calmly.
- Excellent client service skills are a must.
- Fluency in Arabic & English (Written & Spoken).
