CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding company operating in the Gaming industry, we are seeking to recruit a VIP Account Manager to join their team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will possess excellent communication skills in English and ideally have previous and demonstrable client service experience, ideally from a relevant industry sector. Rotational Shift Patterns apply for this position.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
  
  • Increase our top players' activity, satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.
  • Be involved in improving the overall service to our VIP customers and improving our players' satisfaction across the site.
  • Increase activity of top players.
  • Proactively contact potential and top players.
  • Plan, execute and follow up on promotions.
  • Dealing directly with clients’ queries over chat system, e-mail and phone.
  • Interacting with other departments as necessary to meet client’s needs.
 
Key Skills/Experience:
  
  • Fluent English is a must. Native English will be considered an advantage. 
  • Able to work 5 days within a week rotation shift Monday to Sunday (8:00am - 4:00pm & 4:00pm - 12:00am).
  • Experience in a similar position/industry is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Sales experience preferred.
  • European citizenship.
