VIP Account Managers (Shift-Rotations)
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a very well-established and expanding company operating in the Online Gaming Sector, we are seeking to recruit VIP Account Managers to be based in Limassol. The successful applicants will be responsible for providing superior client service to key, VIP clients on an ongoing basis. Any previous experience within Sales, Business Development and/or Relationship Management will be considered an advantage, although candidates with little or no professional experience are also encouraged to apply. You will hold fluency in either English, French and/or Finnish and be willing and able to work to rotational shift-patterns, cover working hours between 09:00 and 00:00.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted Account Manager to our existing VIP Customers.
- Taking care by any means of VIP Customers queries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitoring the performance of clients and proactively target clients to increase performance.
- Performing outbound sales calling to targeted groups of clients within their portfolio.
- Monitoring day-to-day activity of clients and contact them when needed to ensure they have a positive customer experience.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Any previous experience in either Sales, Customer Services and/or Relationship Management will be considered an advantage, although applicants with little or no professional experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Experience within the online gaming industry will be considered an advantage.
- Fluency in one of the following languages: English, French and/or Finnish is essential.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Ability to multi-task, self-manage their workload and work under pressure.
- Trustworthiness dealing with high valued players.
- Proven telemarketing experience.
- Service and Marketing minded.
- Strives to meet targets and deadlines.
- Ability to work rotational shift patterns to cover working hours between 09:00 and 00:00.
