CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a world-renowned manufacturer and distributor of Household and Commercial Appliances, we are seeking to recruit a well-qualified candidate for the position of After-Sales Service Technician to join their team.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
 
  • Visit clients across Cyprus to repair/service domestic appliances.
  • Ensure clients receive the best level of client service possible.
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine the appropriate solution.
  • Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
  • Produce timely and detailed service reports.
  • Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols.
  • Cooperate with the technical team and share feedback across the company. 
  • Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings.
  • Build positive relationships with customers.

Key Skills/Experience:
 
  • Ideally Educated to degree level in Electronic/Electrical Engineering.
  • Ideally 2+ years of relevant experience will be considered a significant advantage.
  • Proven field service experience will be ideal. 
  • Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills in Greek & English are essential. 
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Willingness to learn and develop.
  • Holder of a current, clean driver’s license.
