After-Sales Service Technician
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a world-renowned manufacturer and distributor of Household and Commercial Appliances, we are seeking to recruit a well-qualified candidate for the position of After-Sales Service Technician to join their team.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
Key Skills/Experience:
- Visit clients across Cyprus to repair/service domestic appliances.
- Ensure clients receive the best level of client service possible.
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine the appropriate solution.
- Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
- Produce timely and detailed service reports.
- Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols.
- Cooperate with the technical team and share feedback across the company.
- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Ideally Educated to degree level in Electronic/Electrical Engineering.
- Ideally 2+ years of relevant experience will be considered a significant advantage.
- Proven field service experience will be ideal.
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment.
- Excellent communication skills in Greek & English are essential.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
- Holder of a current, clean driver’s license.
