CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a boutique Tax, Audit and Business Advisory Firm with offices in the heart of Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit an Office Administrator to join their growing team. Working as part of an established Administration Team, you will handle a range of administrative duties to support the smooth running of the office. As part of your role, you will handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, draft and issue invoices, maintain filing systems, and schedule appointments, meetings, and calendars. An academic background related to Secretarial Studies, Office Administration, Business Administration, or similar will be considered a plus, and you will ideally hold prior experience in a similar role. You will need to be fluent in both verbal and written Greek and English, and possess outstanding organisational and time management skills. An excellent remuneration and benefits package is on offer, which includes a competitive base salary, 13th salary, provident fund, and more! Working hours are 08:30 – 17:30 on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, 08:30 – 14:30 each Wednesday, and 08:30 – 15:30 each Friday.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage and coordinate daily administrative tasks.
  • Drafting and issuing invoices, maintaining invoice records, coordinating with the accounting department, and following up on outstanding payments.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, mail).
  • Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital).
  • Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and calendars.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and external partners.
  • Ensure smooth office operations and maintain office supplies.

 

Key Skills/Experience:

 

  • University Degree or Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Office Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient use of MS Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Professional appearance and strong attention to detail.
