CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a boutique Tax, Audit and Business Advisory Firm with offices in the heart of Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit an Office Administrator to join their growing team. Working as part of an established Administration Team, you will handle a range of administrative duties to support the smooth running of the office. As part of your role, you will handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, draft and issue invoices, maintain filing systems, and schedule appointments, meetings, and calendars. An academic background related to Secretarial Studies, Office Administration, Business Administration, or similar will be considered a plus, and you will ideally hold prior experience in a similar role. You will need to be fluent in both verbal and written Greek and English, and possess outstanding organisational and time management skills. Working hours are 08:30 – 17:30 on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, 08:30 – 14:30 each Wednesday, and 08:30 – 15:30 each Friday.
