Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Act as internal legal support for the Group and its associated companies.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including Inter-Group agreements, Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPAs) relating to acquisitions, Affiliate agreements, Marketing agreements, Service agreements, Terms of business and other commercial contracts, employment agreements etc...
• Review contracts and legal documentation for Group entities and negotiate terms to safeguard the Group’s interests.
• Provide legal advice on employment and HR-related matters.
• Conduct KYP (Know Your Partner) due diligence on business partners and counterparties.
• Liaise and coordinate with external legal advisors and consultants as required.
• Advise and support the business on compliance, corporate governance, and regulatory matters.
• Support the development and improvement of internal legal processes and documentation.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Law degree (LLB or equivalent).
• Qualified Lawyer.
• 3+ years of previous experience ideally gained working in an in-house legal advisory role.
• Experience drafting and reviewing commercial contracts.
• Familiarity with compliance procedures and due diligence processes (including KYP/KYC).
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
